Minimum stay requirements:
From May 1 - October 31 we will ask for a 2 night minimum stay. 1 Night stays may be available last minute and for the rest of the year. 
1 Night stays are not available for Holidays, Holiday Periods and Special Events.


Payment & Cancellation policy:
For up to 2 night stays: your credit card will be charged for the 1st night upon confirmation of your reservation.
For more than 2 night stays: your credit card will be charged for the first two nights upon confirmation of your reservation.


The balance of your reservation (including extra services like massages) will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your arrival, with the exception of payment for sessions with the horses and cows. Since sessions with the horses and cows are weather permitting, they will be charged on the day of the session.

You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival. A refund of your deposit will be made less a $25 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be waived if your booking is re-scheduled at time of cancellation.
If you cancel in 14 days or less you will be responsible for payment of your reservation in full. NO refund will be issued.

Check-in is between 4:00-6:30p.m.
Check-out is by 11:00a.m


Breakfast is served between 9:00-10:00 in the Carriage House

Children are welcome to stay if 16 years and older.

We will do our best to meet your dietary needs. Please inform us at the time of reservation.


We love pets but unfortunatley we can't accommodate them.

We have a strict non-smoking policy that we enforce for the comfort & safety of our guests. We do not allow smoking, candle or incense burning or anything with an open flame anywhere inside. Smoking is permitted outside.

Quiet Hours: 11p.m. - 8a.m. Please help us create a peaceful & relaxing experience for all our guests.
